fancy outfit today

I wore a fancy outfit today (and decidedly everyday these days) so I'm sharing it.

    Presidents' Day. So American.

    What is around your neck? Is it a scarf? Or the female version of a bowtie?

    its a scarf but i tied it in a bow...and then untied it...I didn't even think about that it was presidents day because we didn't get school of ! but it worked out perfectly
